Return & Refund Policy

UKE is operated by Suzhou Shangqishi Sports Goods Co., Ltd. 

30-day returns: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and returned with original packaging and any tags where applicable.

How to start a return: Contact support@ukecycling.com with your order number and the reason for the return before sending an item back. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Damages or issues: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Refunds: After we receive and inspect an accepted return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Return shipping: Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your place of residence.
