UKE is operated by Suzhou Shangqishi Sports Goods Co., Ltd. (苏州尚骑势体育用品有限公司) ("UKE", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms govern your use of ukecycling.com and purchases made through the store.

Store and orders

By using the store, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement. Product availability, prices, offers and descriptions may change without notice. We may correct errors, refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including where product, pricing, availability or order information is inaccurate.

Prices, payment and taxes

Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. You authorise the applicable provider to charge the amount due for your order. Import duties, taxes and other destination-country charges may apply as described in our Shipping Policy.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

All content on the store, including trademarks, logos, images, text and design, is owned by or licensed to UKE and may not be used without prior written permission. You must not misuse the store, interfere with its security, submit unlawful content or use the store in violation of applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the store and products are provided without warranties other than those that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or a purchase shall be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction over our domicile in Taicang, Suzhou, Jiangsu, China, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
